It's a gorgeous piece of modern design, and photographs wonderfully, but its cheap construction ruins what could have been an excellent execution. By cheap construction, I mean that the glass is extremely thin (so thin that my desk arrived with some glass pieces completely shattered), and flimsy. The legs are not a heavy-gauge brushed aluminum, as they appear in photos. In reality, they are a flimsy, very thin alloy with a "brushed aluminum" sprayed-on texture that looks cheap. When attached, the legs to not fit "straight and true" into their mounts (they screw in at a slight angle, probably because of the cheap hardware).
